Session Topic: Effective Controls in your Organisation

All organisations need to accept a certain degree of risk in order to operate. In the SAP security and GRC space, this means that many SAP users will have Segregation of Duty risks as it is not possible to segregate all functions due to resource constraints. As the business cannot operate without access (SoD) risk, the true value of a GRC program is in defining appropriate controls and ensuring their effectiveness.
In this session we will discuss the types of controls that are available to an organisation as well as how to ensure the controls are effective and easy to run for control monitors.
